1.  Thanksgiving was approaching quickly.  John Jr and Yuēhàn were wanting to understand how the first Thanksgiving become known.  John Jr went to the internet and began telling Yuēhàn about the Mayflower and Pilgrims.
2.  John Jr explained that the Mayflower was an English sailing ship that transported a group of English families, known today as the Pilgrims, from England to the New World. After 10 weeks at sea, Mayflower, with 102 passengers, reached the United States, dropping anchor near Cape Cod, Massachusetts, on November 21, 1620.  The captain of the Mayflower was Christopher Jones. 
3.  John Jr went on that The pilgrims wanted to separate from the Church of Egland and they believed God wanted them to voyage to America.  During the voyage, the pilgrims passed the time by reading by candlelight or playing cards and games.  Upon the arrival on land, the pilgrims were surprised to see the ground frozen and that led to their inability to plant and harvest food.
4.  John Jr told Yuehan about the native Indians giving a hand to the pilgrims.  The Indians taught the pilgrims how to gather food and survival skills.  The help from the Indians save 53 pilgrims from ultimately perishing.  Most of the pilgrims died from diseases described as a mixture of scurvy, pneumonia, and tuberculosis. 
5.  The following year, the 53 pilgrims and 90 Wampanoag Indians had a celebration that we now call Thanksgiving.  The Mayflower was torn apart after Christopher Jones passed away.
6.  John Jr and Yuehan started counting down the days to Thanksgiving.  They planned a special tribute and prayer for the Pilgrim and Indians!

Julie woke up early Monday morning, ready for first grade. As she got ready for school, she noticed something strange happening to her body. She felt different, and it made her uncomfortable. Her clothes did not fit her like they did the day before. Her body started to smell different. She didn't understand what was happening to her. Feeling alone and confused, she didn't want to go to school. Tears welled up in her eyes as she begged to stay home.

However, as Julie slowly walked towards her classroom, she spotted something bright on the ground. It was an orange glitter ball, and she felt a sense of wonder and joy as she picked it up. Holding onto her new found treasure tightly, she entered the classroom. Throughout the morning, Julie was distracted by the ball, finding comfort in its sparkle whenever she felt lost or confused about her changing body. But during Grammar, she accidentally dropped the ball, and it rolled away where she couldn't reach it. Julie felt her heart sink, knowing she had lost her special prize. She couldn't bring herself to tell anyone about it, as it was her secret source of happiness and comfort. 

The teacher noticed Julie's tears and reminded her that she was special and did not need a ball to remind her of that and encouraged her to pay attention in class the next day. Despite losing her treasure, Julie felt a glimmer of hope knowing that she was valued and cared for.

In a magical forest, where trees whispered secrets and streams giggled, lived Patrick the Unicorn. He loved to explore and make new friends.

One day, while galloping through the forest, Patrick met Sparky, a monkey swinging from tree to tree. "Hi, Patrick! Let's go on an adventure!" Sparky said.

As they wandered deeper, they found Melody, a wise tortoise basking in the sun. "Hello, Patrick and Sparky," she greeted. "Something is wrong in the forest. We must find out what!"

Suddenly, Bramble, a deer, appeared. "Princess Maya needs help! The enchanted flower that keeps our realm magical is wilting," Bramble said with concern.

"Without the flower, all the magic will fade," Melody added. The four friends set off together to help Princess Maya.

The path to Princess Maya’s castle was long. They crossed rivers, climbed hills, and tiptoed through a field of sleepy daisies.

Finally, they reached the castle. Princess Maya stood at the gate, worried. "A fierce dragon guards the enchanted flower. I need your help to get it back!"

Patrick stepped forward bravely. "We’re not afraid, Princess! We’ll face the dragon and save the flower!" The friends nodded, ready for the challenge.

They marched to the dragon's cave, where a great, snoring dragon lay. "Let’s try to talk to him first," whispered Melody. Sparky had an idea.

Sparky tickled the dragon’s nose with a feather. The dragon woke up with a sneeze that blew Sparky into the air. "Who dares tickle me?" roared the dragon.

"We're here for the enchanted flower," said Bramble. "The forest needs its magic."

The dragon blinked. "I didn’t know it was so important. I’ll give it back if you promise to visit me. I get lonely."

"Of course!" they all agreed. The dragon handed over the enchanted flower, and the forest's magic sparkled brighter than ever.

Princess Maya thanked them, and they celebrated with a feast in the castle. They’d always have adventures together and make new friends.

Primrose whimpered, loving her tail for its many uses. Beatrice, her mother, sighed from the corner. "Another generation without their wigglers," she grumbled.
"Wigglers?" Primrose asked.
Beatrice explained that pigs' tails were natural, meant to wiggle and curl. Primrose cried, "But what if I need it?"
Beatrice shared humans believed they were better off without them. Patches chimed in about the usefulness of his own tail but resigned, "It's just what happens to pigs."

April and May are best friends  they decide to start making candles and are thinking about making this a business in a few years time, as she knows that she cant solely rely on it to make money so she also works at Sugarland Adventure Playground in Hackney Dalson she loves making them with her from May and gives testers out to friends and family for feedback so she knows what type of candles to make and what would sell at a stand or in her future company with May, she is giving herself 4 years to get everything into motion with her ideas and taking candle making notes in her notebooks so she knows the amounts to make and how to price them.

The walls inside the cave had old drawings.
"Hi, old pictures!" Oğuz waved. "What stories do you tell?"

In a village, a potter showed them how to make pots.
"Hello! Can we make some pots too?" Bilge asked with a grin.

Their hands got messy as they shaped the clay.
"Look, I made a cup!" Oğuz showed off his creation.

As the sun set, they felt happy about their day.
"Bye-bye, sun! Thank you for a fun day," Bilge said quietly.

That night, they talked about what they loved most.
"Which part did you like best?" Bilge looked at Oğuz.
"The balloon ride was the best!" Oğuz smiled.

Sweet Dreams
Snuggled in their beds, they dreamt of what they would do next.
"Goodnight, Bilge. Let’s have more fun tomorrow."

The Magic Mind Garden

1- Mom is a great mom
2- she takes care of us every day, preparing food, transporting us to school, making sure we have fun birthdays and that we have clean clothes and a tidy home
3- mom caught an illness and needed to stay in bed
4- the kids thought: this is the time to help mommy
5- the kids offered to bring water, snacks,  and juice to mom in the bedroom and told her to rest and I love you
6- they fed the dog and gave him water
7- they watched kids shows on TV and played with their toys without making too much noise to let her rest, they colored coloring books patiently waiting for mom to feel better
7- mom recovered soon and felt very loved by her kids, who were very helpful and understanding that mom needed rest and that was very helpful to get her to feel better

Little Bear woke up. He felt happy because could play outside.
Little Bear played with his red ball. He kicked the ball, and it rolled far away. Little Bear felt sad. Little Bear asked Mommy Bear for help. Mommy Bear found the ball under a bush. He laughed and hugged his ball tightly. Then, Little Bear saw a big, loud truck on the road. The noise was very loud. Little Bear felt scared and ran to Mommy Bear. Mommy Bear gave Little Bear a big hug. "It's okay, Little Bear. You are safe," she said. Little Bear felt safe and happy. Later, Little Bear asked Mommy Bear for some ice cream. But Mommy Bear said, "First lunch, then ice cream." Little Bear felt angry. He stomped his feet and crossed his arms. Mommy Bear said, "It's okay to feel angry. Let's take a deep breath together." They took a deep breath in and blew it out slowly. Little Bear started to feel calmer. They had lunch together, and then Mommy Bear gave Little Bear some ice cream. Little Bear felt happy again.

My body

Harvey is a 16 year old boy who is working as a newspaper delivery boy for the newspaper company. He gets paid every Thursday. This is his first job and he gets paid by check. Mr. Smith is his boss. Thursday Harvey gets his first paycheck and gets very sad. He was supposed to make 100 dollars but the check is only 70 dollars. Mr. Smith sees that Harvey gets sad and explains to him what deductions are. He starts with federal taxes which is about 8 dollars from Harvey's paycheck. The government collects taxes from all citizens to built bridges and highways and fund the army. He then explains what the social security deduction is for and also, medicare, state and city taxes. At the end Harvey is glad that the government is thinking to save money for him so he gets it when he retires. Sparky is Harvey's dog. He is sad when Harvey is sad and then gets happy at the end when Harvey understands how taxes work.

It is an engaging and heartwarming tale that combines the insecurities young boy might have going to the pool with not taking their shirt off and gaining confidence from his parents The manuscript is complete, and I am now seeking an illustrator who can capture the essence of the story through captivating visuals that will appeal to readers of all ages.

What a strange name I hear you say. Sophia Shongololo, she's off to start her day. Shhh... listen carefully TIP TAP Tip tap. Can you hear? Sophia is very near. Sophia Shongololo lives in Africa, in a lush forest. Where there is everything a little worm ever wanted.Shhh... listen carefully TIP TAP TIP TAP. What is that sound? It's Sophias feet walking on the ground. Sophia likes nothing more than to chew on crunchy, munchy leaves lying on the forest floor.Oh wait, there is one thing she loves just a little more. Sophia loves shoes which is actually quite exciting. With so many feet, the thought of all her shoes is actually quite delighting. SHHH... listen carefully, tip tap tip tap. It's a sound you're beginning to know. Tip tap, it's Sophia coming to say hello. Sophia shongololo loves shoes of all shapes, sizes and colours. Especially ones that sparkle and gleam. When she is marching along the forest floor it's the most magnificent sight you have ever seen. Shhh, listen carefully tip tap tip tap. Her footsteps sound like a beating drum. Look at all her shoes sparkle in the sun. How many shoes can you count? One, two, three, four five... slow down Sophia.Shhh... listen carefully tip tap tip tap Sophia is getting ready for bed. tip tap mommy shongololo is giving her a kiss on the head. sophia has taken off her shoes and brushed her teeth. with trees above her and leaves laying underneath. the little shongololo is crawling into bed warm and snug. sophias mommy is there to give her one last hug. sophias eyes are closed, she is fast asleep. dreaming of her rainbow shoes, there is no more tip tap, not a peep

Salieron con NyNy para caminar al parque, Jamie y Stevie saltaban con felicidad mientras caminaban con NyNY al parque.
Lo primeros que vieron en el parque fueron unos patos. 
Los persiquieron pero los patos se metieron a una laguna.
De ahi corrieron al sube y baja. Stevie tenia miedo paro Jamie la llevo de la mano y bajaron riendo.
De ahi pasaron a la barra de mono. Jamie subio pero Stevie se quedo mirando a su hermana mayor.
De ahi pasaron a los columpios que a los dos les gusta mucho.
Empezó a llover un poquito y se metieron con la NyNy debajo una palapa.
Despues que paro la lluvia se sentaron en un banco en el parque y comieron un bocadillo.
El sol empezo a bajar y regresaron a la casa un poco cansadas pero listo para comer la cena.
