Esta es la historia de Mateo. Un niño curioso y feliz. Mateo vive con su mamá Clau, su papá Esteban y su hermanita Julia. Le encanta comer dulces, él mismo dice que es “dulcero”. Le gusta mucho armar pistas de autos de juguete y andar por la calle en su pata pata que se llama “Elefantín”. También algunas tardes sale a andar en bici ya que está grande!
Una noche mientras dormía soñó que salía a pasear en bici por el barrio y de repente se encontró con los superhéroes “Hulk”, “Spiderman” y “Capitán América”. Eran en realidad los hijos de los superhéroes adultos. Mateo estaba feliz, les mostró su bici y le contó de su jardín y sus amigos.
Los niños superhéroes escuchaban atentos. De repente les llegó una misión: había un gatito atrapado en un árbol. Era hora de actuar! Y como Mateo estaba justo con ellos, le pidieron que los ayude.
Entre todos lograron rescatar al pobre gatito y devolverlo a su dueña, que estaba muy agradecida.
De repente Mateo se despertó, se dio cuenta que todo había sido un sueño. Pero en el piso vio un poco de “telaraña” que era de Spiderman. Sonrió.

Într-o zi, Miaunel a vrut să se joace cu girafa, dar aceasta i-a zis: „Nu vreau să mă joc cu tine pentru că tu mă loveşti tot timpul
şi mă deranjezi când lucrez. Mă voi juca cu tine când vei merita.”
Miaunel i-a răspuns girafei: „Puţin îmi pasă că nu vrei să te joci cu mine”. În sinea sa, Miaunel s-a sinţit trist şi supărat.
Atunci şi-a zis: „Aş vrea să am mulţi prieteni cu care să mă joc toată ziua. M-am săturat ca toata lumea să se plângă de mine”.

încrederea girafei şi a deveni prietenul ei?

Patches, the Jack Russell, sprinted into the barn. "Primrose, you're having a special treatment today," he said.
Primrose, a piglet, asked, "What treatment?"
"You're getting shorter," Patches explained.
Primrose's tail twitched. "How?"
"Your tail!" Patches blurted.
Primrose whimpered, loving her tail for its many uses. Beatrice, her mother, sighed from the corner. "Another generation without their wigglers," she grumbled.
"Wigglers?" Primrose asked.
Beatrice explained that pigs' tails were natural, meant to wiggle and curl. Primrose cried, "But what if I need it?"
Beatrice shared humans believed they were better off without them. Patches chimed in about the usefulness of his own tail but resigned, "It's just what happens to pigs."

A Pig's Tale

Tippy was a tiny turtle who often felt sad because he was small and not as strong as the other sea creatures. One day, a giant rock fell in the coral reef, blocking the path for all the fish, dolphins, and octopuses. They tried to move it but couldn’t.

Tippy came up with a clever idea: if everyone worked together, combining their strength, speed, and pulling power, they could move the rock. Surprised but willing, the sea creatures followed his plan. With teamwork, they successfully moved the rock!

The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria  as the immediate cause of World War I, but the conflict had deeper origins. European expansionism, where nations controlled large amounts of land in empires around the world, was also a factor.  The War started in 1914. The Battle of Verdun was a months-long, bloody clash between the French and German armies in 1916. It was the longest battle of the war and resulted in hundreds of thousands of casualties. The Battles of the Isonzo were a series of 12 battles fought between the Italians and Austrians along the Italian Front from 1915 to1917.  The armies were composed of Central Powers, which included Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire; and the Allies, which included France, Great Britain, Russia, Italy, Japan and later, the United States.
3.  John Jr and Yuēhàn learned that the US joined in on the war because of Germany's submarine attacks on passenger and merchant ships in 1917 which  became the primary motivation behind Wilson's decision to enter the War.  New military technologies and trench warfare resulted in unprecedented levels of destruction and carnage.  The Allied Powers won the war, which was declared over in 1918. 
4.  John Jr and Yuēhàn realized that World War I had a profound impact on world history, including the fall of four great imperial dynasties, the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia.

One day, Sam decided to have an adventure. He started in his bedroom, where he kept his skateboard next to the wardrobe. He skated past the calendar that showed it was a special day – the day for a grand treasure hunt!

First, Sam skated into the living room. There, on the carpet, he saw his favorite armchair. Next to the armchair was a hint: “Find the next clue where you wash up!”

Excited, Sam skated to the bathroom. He saw the bathtub, the sink, the toilet, and a towel hanging on the rack. But where could the clue be? Then, he noticed a bar of soap near the mirror. The soap had a message written on it with foam: “Check the kitchen!”

Sam quickly skated to the kitchen. He saw the dish cupboard and opened it. Inside, he found a clue hidden in a bowl. The clue read: “Your treasure awaits behind the curtain where you drink tea.”

Sam knew exactly where to go next. He skated to the dining room, where a beautiful curtain hung near the window. Behind the curtain, he found a shiny tea pot. Inside the tea pot was a tiny treasure chest.

Sam opened the chest and found a magical glass that granted wishes. Sam made a wish for endless adventures and a lifetime supply of chocolate!

And from that day on, Sam had the most exciting adventures, thanks to his trusty skateboard and the magical glass. And every night, he’d sit in his cozy armchair and plan his next big adventure. The end.

He pushed and shoved until he broke through the surface, feeling the warm sun on his back. Ch7: The Importance of Community. He saw how the cicadas worked together, their collective song filling the air. Ch8: The Song of the Cicada. Squeaky discovered that the song of the cicada was a love song, a call to attract a mate and start a new generation. Ch9: Sharing Joy, Spreading Kindness. Squeaky, with his kind heart, made many friends. He played with the ladybugs, the ants, and the caterpillars. Ch10: A Summer to Remember. Summer flew by with fun and adventure for Squeaky. He had explored the world, made friends, and even found a special someone to share his life with. Ch11: Until We Meet Again. Squeaky knew that his purpose was to ensure the continuation of his species.  He and his mate laid their eggs on a safe branch; they had chosen a place where the eggs would be protected from predators and harsh weather.
