One day, she discovered a magical garden and met Mother Nature, who kindly told her, “You must take care of yourself to help others.” Lily replied, "But I’m always too busy!" Mother Nature smiled. "Just like a garden needs water and sunlight to grow, you need rest and care to stay strong." Lily realized she had forgotten to rest, so she started eating well, sleeping enough, and taking breaks.
