Makisig's dad days "Son, we're struggling to make ends meet. I'm sorry, but we have to sell Ligaya." 4. Makisig looks devastated, hugging Ligaya tight and says "No, Tatay! Please, we can't!" 5. Makisig and Ligaya embark on one last adventure together, exploring the village. The townspeople watch them fondly, sensing the sorrow in both their eyes 6. Makisig returns home with Ligaya, tears in his eyes. But to his surprise, the townspeople are waiting for him outside his house, each holding a small pouch of coins.
