They work together to pitch it.“Our tent is cozy!” Tipene giggles. They have fun inside. “Time to make a campfire!” says Nikora. They find sticks and rocks. A parent helps them start the fire. “Be safe, boys!” they say. “Yummy! Let’s roast marshmallows!” says Tipene. They laugh as they cook. They sit by the fire. “Tell me a story!” Nikora asks. Tipene begins. The sky gets dark, and stars twinkle above. “Look at all the stars!” says Nikora. They lie on the grass, dreaming about the stars. “What do you see?” asks Tipene.

One rainy afternoon, Erica and Sam stumbled upon The Magical Bookstore while exploring the new town. Intrigued by the twinkling lights and inviting atmosphere, they stepped inside, and were greeted by shelves upon shelves of books, each whispering tales of wonder.

I am outside on the streets begging for food. Someone walks past me and says “eww.” I then start crying, in the background there is a bread pop up where someone is selling bread. I walk past the bread stand, over to a brick wall. I lean against the wall, and think of a plan. The plan is to do multiple crimes so i can be arrested, I want to be arrested because i will get food and safety in the jail cell. I then go back to my spot where i begged at and slept. Today is the day where i commit crimes, first, i steal some bread, then I spray paint a wall, then i steal again jacket. The cops find me and I’m arrested. I am happy but stressed at the same time. I am now in jail and have air conditioning and food.

Under a bush, she found a friend, A rabbit wet from start to end. “The storm is loud,” Koko said, As lightning filled her with worry and dread. “Fear not,” the rabbit softly said, “The storms like a dance, nothing to dread! Raindrops twirl, in pure delight, With thunders rhythm, oh, what a sight!” “Before the rain, there’s beauty bright, Colors vivid, a stunning sight! Grass so green, trees dance in glee, Branches sway like you and me. The storm brings wonder, can’t you see? Even in rain, there’s mystery.” Lightning flashed, thunder roared , But they were safe, their hearts soared. “Under cover, we will stay, The storm will pass, then all is okay.” As the rain poured, they stayed snug, Koko felt like a lightning bug. With every flash, with every sound, She realized courage could be found. When the storm moved on, with a quiet cheer, The skies cleared up, the coast was clear. And high above, what did they spy? A rainbow painting the sky so high! Koko and Rabbit, with smiles so wide, Knew they were safe, no need to hide. With every storm that came to be, Days turned to sunshine, no more gloom, Koko and Rabbit, chased away the boom. Amita comes from a family in Banda, Uttar Pradesh, and was born into a close-knit joint family. Her childhood was filled with joy, as she was the first child and received abundant love and pampering from her parents and grandparents. In her family, women from her mother’s generation had limited exposure to education and job opportunities. However, her family took a different approach for her generation where they were always encouraged to pursue their studies. Her mother hoped she would become a doctor, but her passion lay in mathematics, and she aspired to pursue engineering. Despite her mother’s initial reservations about engineering being a suitable path for a girl, she managed to convince her parents. However, challenges remained. Her town had only one science college for girls, and unfortunately, mathematics wasn’t offered there. Undeterred, she persuaded the school to approve math as a subject, and it was heartening to see a few of her friends choose the same path. When everything seemed to be going well, and she was at a crucial point in choosing my career, she faced medical emergencies and underwent multiple surgeries. It took nearly two years to return to normal life, which unfortunately meant she couldn’t attend the engineering college she had hoped for. Disappointment weighed heavily, but she heeded her father’s advice. She pursued her graduation in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and secured the second-highest rank in college. Later, she completed her master’s and married, relocating to Pune. There, she joined L&T Infotech.
