1. Karmie woke up in her bed, the sun peeking through her curtains. Her stuffed animals sat on her shelf and her favorite purple blanket made her feel warm. 2. She went to the bathroom where The sink was just the right height for her to reach, and her toothbrush had sparkly stars on it. She giggled as the minty bubbles filled her mouth. 3. Karmie skipped into the kitchen, where her breakfast waited for her. The smell of pancakes made her tummy rumble. She liked the way her chair fit just right at the table, and how the window let in the morning light. 4. After breakfast, it was time for some cartoons. Karmie settled onto the big, soft couch in the living room, hugging her dog, Reese, close. She loved this room, where she could cuddle up and watch her favorite shows. 5. It was time for Karmie and Reese to go outside. The trees were tall. Reese wagged his tail as they walked by the park, where Karmie played with her friends. 6.That night, her adults sat down with her. “Karmie,” they said, “we have some exciting news! We’re going to move to a new home soon.” Karmie felt her heart skip. 7. She held Reese's leash tightly as they walked to the moving truck. “I hope I like the new house,” she whispered to Reese. 8. When they arrived at the new house, Karmie took a deep breath and stepped inside. First, she saw her new bedroom. It was different, but still cozy, and her purple blanket was already on the bed. 9. In the new bathroom, her sparkly toothbrush was waiting by the sink, just like before. The kitchen smelled like pancakes, and Karmie noticed the sunlight pouring in through the windows, just like her old home. 10. That night she snuggled into her new bed. She still had her favorite things, her dog Reese, and most importantly, her family. “I think I’m going to love it here,” Karmie whispered, closing her eyes with a smile. 11. Karmie learned that even though she loved her old home, in her new home, she felt safe and happy, just like before.

Once upon a time, Hayley was sitting in her classroom when her teacher came over with exciting news. “Hayley, you need to go to the hospital right away!” she said with a big smile. Dad said, “Hayley, meet your little sister, Lara.” Hayley’s heart filled with joy as she leaned in to see Lara for the first time. The baby had tiny fingers and soft, pink cheeks. “She’s so little,” Hayley whispered, touching Lara’s hand. The baby’s fingers curled around hers. At that moment, Hayley knew that Lara would be the the best little sister in the world and that they would have so many adventures and memories together !

Imoni sat on the couch, her fingers poking at her mouth. “Daddy, my tooth is wiggly!” she said, Her daddy, Arthur, smiled and knelt beside her. “That’s exciting, sweetheart!  Let me see.” Imoni opened her mouth wide, and Daddy gently touched the tooth. “Yup, it’s ready to come out soon. You just have to keep wiggling it. “But what if it hurts?” Imoni asked, her voice trembling a little. Arthur sat down beside her and pulled her close. “Sometimes things that seem scary aren’t so bad when we trust the people who love us. Don’t worry. When the time is right, we’ll take care of it together.”  “Daddy, my tooth feels so loose now!” Arthur looked at her and said, “I think it’s time to  help that tooth come out. Can you get me a piece of string from the drawer?” Imoni’s eyes grew wide. “String? What for?” “We’ll tie it to your tooth and give it a quick pull.” Arthur explained gently. Imoni hesitated. “But what if it hurts, Daddy?  Arthur knelt down to her level. “I know you’re scared, sweetheart. But trust me, I’ll be gentle, and it’ll only take a second. You’re so brave, and I’ll be right here with you.” Imoni looked into her daddy’s kind eyes. She took a deep breath and nodded. “Okay, Daddy. I trust you.” Arthur carefully tied the string around Imoni’s loose tooth. “Ready, sweetheart?” he asked. Imoni squeezed her eyes shut and held her daddy’s hand. “Ready,” she whispered. “On the count of three,” Arthur said. “One… two…” Before he got to three, he gave a quick tug, and the tooth popped right out! Imoni opened her eyes. “Wait… is it out?” Arthur held up the tiny tooth. “It’s out! You did it, Imoni!” Imoni touched the gap in her mouth and smiled. “It didn’t even hurt!” she said, giggling. “I told you,” Arthur said, hugging her. “Sometimes, trusting someone makes all the difference. "That night, Imoni placed her tiny tooth under her pillow and climbed into bed. She felt proud and brave. Arthur kissed her forehead. “Goodnight, my brave girl. I’m so proud of you.”

Sarah wrapped the presents on the sleigh. She got on the sleigh, and the reindeer flew high into the sky. Sarah went to every house on the night before Christmas and left presents for the children. It was a wonderful adventure. All the children were happy, and Christmas was, as usual, special.
