Once upon a time, in a big green forest, there lived a little turtle named Timmy. Timmy was a small turtle with a shiny, green shell and a big, curious smile. He loved to explore and go on adventures, even though he was a bit slower than his animal friends. One sunny morning, Timmy decided to go on an adventure to find the biggest, juiciest strawberry in the whole forest! "I love strawberries," Timmy said, licking his lips. So, off he went! He walked past tall trees, wiggled under bushes, and splashed through tiny puddles. On the way, Timmy met his friend Bella the Bunny, hopping around. "Where are you going, Timmy?" asked Bella. "I'm looking for the biggest strawberry in the forest!" Timmy said excitedly. "I'll help you!" said Bella, and they both hopped along together. After a while, they came across Sammy the Squirrel, who was gathering nuts. "Hi, Sammy!" said Timmy and Bella. "Do you know where we can find the biggest strawberry?" Sammy scratched his head and said, "I don’t know, but I’ll help you look!" And so, Sammy joined the adventure too. They walked and walked until they saw something red and shiny behind a big bush. “Look!” Timmy said, “It’s the biggest strawberry ever!” They all cheered! Timmy, Bella, and Sammy shared the strawberry and it was the sweetest, juiciest strawberry they had ever tasted. After their delicious snack, they sat under a tree and laughed together. Timmy was so happy that his friends helped him on his adventure. He learned that exploring was fun, but having friends along made it even better! And from that day on, Timmy, Bella, and Sammy went on many more adventures together.

But when Amir's dad brings the cake, Rotem has a problem: all the kids push ahead and ask for cake, and she doesn't want to push and doesn't know how to ask for cake. She asks Dad, who tells her she should go up to Amir's mom, put her hand forward and ask. Rotem tries. She's too shy to talk, but she puts her hand out, Amir's mom understands and gives her a piece of cake. Rotem eats the cake with all the other kids. Rotem goes home proud of herself, and Dad is proud of her for asking for cake.

It is said that Talantis was created by an ancient queen, the Queen of Poetic Audacity, a brave princess who defied the gods with her beautiful verses. After defeating the most erudite of gods, she received a magical pearl that helped her transform her village and save her people from a terrible curse. At the center of the city, a pearlescent fountain of magical waters shines, reminding everyone of the queen’s heroic act. Now, centuries later, Tália hears a soft melody coming from the shores of Talantis, like a call. The magical city remains alive, guiding curious and courageous hearts, just like Tália’s.

Despite initial challenges at recycling depots and a temporary pause due to Covid-19 safety concerns, Tim and his team persevered. With the addition of Emma Holliday, they restructured the charity, establishing The Hub in Canberra as a center for recycling and education. Here, lids were transformed into raw materials for manufacturing, leading to the creation of colorful benches sold to support the charity's operations. Today, Lids4Kids thrives as a symbol of community resilience, having rescued millions of lids from landfills and making a tangible impact on environmental conservation.
